Tirohana Country Estate gains tourism’s official mark of quality
Tirohana Country Estate has been recognised as one of New Zealand’s leading accommodation offerings by being licensed to use the Qualmark™ – New Zealand tourism’s official quality mark. To gain their Qualmark™ Tirohana Country Estate underwent an onsite assessment using criteria made up of over 400 quality checks. The assessment criteria, which have been developed with the tourism industry and based on research into what travellers want, looks at areas such as cleanliness, safety, facilities, customer service, business operations and more. As a result of the onsite assessment, Tirohana Country Estate was awarded a 5 Star grade in the Self Contained and Serviced Category.
