Paying homage to a classic Sauternes (this truly is a "sticky" without being "sticky"), Tirohana's Noble Spirit Late Harvest dessert wine 2008 is already showing all indications of following the popularity of its auspicious predecessors (especially Ice Spirit 2007 and Noble Spirit 2005/6), displaying an evocative and elegant texture with a mixture of fruits featuring pear in abundance, and interweaving Riesling characteristics.
